Gerome Seeney

Chief Executive Officer

Gerome Seeney is an entrepreneurial senior operations leader with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality and location-based entertainment industry, spanning creative and operational direction for organizations of diverse sizes and developmental stages. As a hands-on, integrity-driven operator, Gerome balances an aggressive drive for performance improvement with an energizing servant leadership style to empower teams and bring out the best of each individual contributor. Gerome’s experience includes various District Manager roles for Chuck E. Cheese Entertainment and Johnny Carino’s, as well as a highly successful run as a Training and Development Manager at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. In recent years, he has served as SVP of Ops for Oomba and COO and owner of GameWorks, overseeing the rollout of Esports Lounges across multiple locations. His Current role is founder and COO of Glytch Inc (Esports Stadiums with Location-Based Entertainment and Live Broadcasting.

Karen Guzman

Chief of Staff

Karen Guzman is a second-generation immigrant whose parents' devotion to the American Dream and its challenges taught her success could only be achieved by hard work and sacrifice. She’s held positions as Bookkeeper/Office Administrator, Human Resource Manager/Expert, and Corporate Training and Development Leader. While being active with “OneAmerica With Justice for All”, she built leadership and advocated for policy change and civic engagement in the community. Through her vast social and business leadership roles, a diverse array of skills, work ethic, and support to the community and social programs, she seeks to pave the way for other immigrant entrepreneurs and bring awareness to its economic strength. Her last role was Operations and Human Resource Manager for IPIC Theater, America’s first luxury restaurant and dine-in movie theater.

Tucker Cole

Vice President of Operations

Tucker Cole is an experienced leader with over 15 years in multiple single and multi-unit roles in hospitality. Evolving from a busser to a seasoned General Manager and Training Manager, Tucker has charted an inspiring journey through the hospitality industry with his relentless passion for food, a commitment to community, and a deep appreciation for locally sourced ingredients. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles where he has owned the responsibility of managing finances, accounting, recruiting, and managing the day-to-day operations.
